Blackberry media sync for vista

I am using Vista with 4. Has anyone had similar problems and if so, what is the solution. Hallo: I can not install Desktop Manager version 4. I tried to install version 4. Thank you for your help. I even downloaded the latest version of the software from the site and still get the same errors. All I really want to do is be able to sync my contacts from desktop to phone.

If anyone has any ideas on what to do, shoot me an email. OMG what a nightmare I have just got a blackberry curve and I am trying to download the desktop manager, the disk that came with it, is not working and I think it is because of Vista on my laptop do anyone know what I am ment to be downloading???
